A two-building office property in Los Angeles totaling 10.7k sf sold for $5.1 mil ($477/sf).The property, located at 963-969 Colorado Blvd, just south of the 134 Fwy in the Eagle Rock area, was acquired by Zulu Health LLC.
The property is situated on a 36.3k sf corner lot providing abundant onsite parking, and excellent street visibility along Figueroa St and Colorado Blvd. Minutes from the 210, 134 Freeways, Downtown Los Angeles and access to numerous local amenities, the buildings are in a central location.
Tina LaMonica with NAI Capital Commercial represented Zulu Health, which plans to move its headquarters from Pasadena to 963 Colorado Blvd, occupy a portion of 969 Colorado Blvd, and keep remaining tenants in place. The seller, Sierra Nevada Investment Group LLC, was repped by Cushman & Wakefield.
