Pacific Alliance Bank purchased a vacant 10.3k sf property in San Gabriel for $5.48 mil. The site, located at 641 West Las Tunas Blvd, will be used for the bank’s new headquarters as well as a branch location.
The site provides Pacific Alliance Bank strong visibility from the street as well as top building signage and ample customer and employee parking. Renovations are currently underway and the bank plans to move into its new space by the end of this year.
According to Benjamin Lin, Pacific Alliance Bank’s President and CEO, the bank’s old home of 15 years in Rosemead did not provide the space or parking requirements they needed. The new building will allow them to upgrade, improve their image and grow within the San Gabriel Valley.
Hayden Eaves and Kristen Sullivan with Avison Young represented Pacific Alliance Bank in the deal. The seller, a CA-based private investor, was repped by Sonny Tan of Pacific Coast Real Estate.
