In a recent industrial lease out of the Inland Empire, Kitchen & Bath Direct USA inked a $2.8 mil deal for a 33.7k sf building located at 4651 E. Airport Dr in Ontario. The property is owned by Heitman Holdings, Inc.
Kitchen & Bath Direct USA will relocate its operations from its prior location in Chino, expanding its footprint within the Inland Empire to better serve its growing customer base. The facility features heavy power, making it well-suited for manufacturing and distribution operations, as well as approximately 17.7k sf of private, fenced, and paved yard area, providing additional flexibility for outdoor storage and operational needs.
Bryan Miller and John Seoane, SIOR, with Lee and Associates represented the ownership in the transaction. According to Miller, properties offering heavy power and secured outdoor areas remain highly sought after.
