Designworx Packing Inc has agreed to a five-year, $4.33 mil lease for a 78.4k sf ($0.92/sf/mo) industrial facility in Chino. The structure, located at 14628 Yorba Ave, is owned by Property Limited Partnership.
Designworx Packing will take occupancy of the property on February 1, 2026, with the lease running through January 31, 2031. Located in a prime industrial corridor, the facility includes 5k sf of office space, 30’ warehouse clearance, 800 amps of power, eight dock-high doors and one ground-level door, and a private yard area.
John Seoane, Bryan Miller and Allen Buchanan with Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the deal. The lease includes an option to extend.
