There have been three new leases totaling 24.2k sf at Canyon Springs Marketplace in Riverside, bringing the 183k sf regional center to 100% leased.
Located at Day St and Canyon Springs Pkwy, the property is adjacent to the heavily traveled 60 Fwy with superb visibility to over 180,000 cars per day. The center is home to Nordstrom Rack, Big Lots, Marshalls, Old Navy, Petco, Best Buy, Michaels and several other shops, restaurants and services.
The latest signings were with:
• Boot Barn – 18.3k sf – opening this fall
• Sephora – 4.3k sf – recently opened
• Urbane Café – 1.6k sf – recently opened
Other recent leases include Nordstrom Rack (opened Fall 2022) and Big Lots (opened Spring 2021). Built in 2006, the center is part of the Day Street retail hub which serves a large trade area of over 500,000 people including residents of Moreno Valley, Riverside, Perris, Grand Terrace and Jurupa Valley. The average household income within a 20-minute drive is $102,246.
