Birtcher Development has begun construction on Birtcher Logistics Center Rialto, a 492.4k sf, high-cube logistics facility in the Inland Empire city of Rialto. The project is expected to be ready for occupancy in first quarter 2024.
The new logistics facility will provide sustainable building features including:
• Carbon sequestration and greenhouse gas offset program
• 4,000 AMP solar-ready electrical service with a solar-ready roof
• EV vehicle chargers and capacity for future chargers
• All concrete paving with high Solar Reflective Index
• Energy Star certified appliances and equipment
• EPA certified Watersense plumbing fixtures
Other design features include:
• 40’ clear height
• 62 dock-high doors
• 185’ truck court fully secured
• 92 trailer parking stalls and 287 auto parking stalls
• 5k sf of ground-floor office space
• 5k sf mezzanine
• Two grade-level loading doors
• ESFR sprinkler system
Located in San Bernardino County, Rialto is home to major regional distribution centers including Staples Inc, Amazon, Under Armour, Monster Energy and Target, to name a few.
