A Riverside-based ATV and UTV manufacturing and distribution company has acquired three freestanding industrial buildings on nearly five acres of land in Jurupa Valley. The firm plans to occupy the industrial park, located at 5550, 5549, and 5529 Stockdale Ct, as its new headquarters.
Completed in 2022, the property consists of newly constructed state of the art warehouse and distribution facilities totaling 92k sf. Situated on 4.9 acres of land, the buildings feature 28- to 30-foot height clearance, dock-high and ground-level doors, private security yards equipped with ESFR fire sprinkler systems. The location offers immediate 60 Freeway access with ample space for efficient operation and long-term growth potential.
Frank Mao with DAUM Commercial represented the buyer, ODES USA INC DBA AODES. The seller, Davis Partners, an industrial builder and developer with a track record of building quality buildings, was repped in the transaction by Tal Siglar, Milo Lipson, and Daniel Wahl of Cushman & Wakefield. The price was not given out.
According to a recent DAUM report, Jurupa Valley boasts the highest volume in sales across the Inland Empire in Q3 and the highest price per square foot at nearly $450, far outpacing the median average of $365 per square foot for the region.
