Westport Properties plans to build a 99.9k sf, Class A industrial building in the Inland Empire city of Perris. The company acquired the land in September 2022. It is located at the corner of Ramona Expy and Brennan Ave.
Westport expects to being construction in Q3 of 2023 on the facility. The single-tenant industrial building will feature 36-foot clear height, secured truck court, ESFR sprinklers, 11 dock doors and 6k sf of office space. Completion of this building is scheduled for the Q3 2024.
Alex Smith and Herrick Johnson of Lee & Associates, Riverside will oversee leasing of the building. Westport currently has five developments encompassing approximately 450k sf in the planning approval process.
