Fitness 19 has leased a 20.1k sf space in the Stater Bros-anchored Loma Linda Plaza in the Inland Empire city of Loma Linda. The property is located at 25586 Barton Rd, south of I-10 and east of I-215, next to the Veterans Administration Hospital and just minutes from the well-known Loma Linda University Medical Center and Loma Linda University.
The 117k sf Loma Linda Plaza is ideally situated at a busy intersection with excellent visibility on both Barton Rd and Mountain View Ave, with a combined average daily traffic count of over 45,000 cars. The center also features a variety of shops, services and dining spots including Chevron, H & R Block, Carl’s Jr., Papa John’s Pizza and Boba Tea House. Other neighboring retailers at the intersection include a Walmart Neighborhood Market and Clark’s Natural Food Market. Within a 5-mile radius there are over 173,000 residents with an average household income of $80,389.
Founded in 2003, Fitness 19 is known for its extremely affordable memberships and family friendly facility that offers state-of-the-art cardio, strength, and free weight equipment. The new Loma Linda location is projected to open in early 2023 and will be the first nationally branded full-service fitness club in Loma Linda.
