DSquared Capital LLC (DSC), a newly formed joint venture between Sharp Capital and Cole Capital Group, acquired a 37k sf industrial building in Riverside for $6.15 mil ($166/sf) in an off-market transaction.
The property is situated on 2.93 acres at 3030 Myers St and is occupied by 100% by
Memphis-based, privately-owned American Residential Service (ARS), a network of more than 70 managed service centers in 24 states, with approximately 6,500 employees.
Joseph Harmon and Charles A. Johnson of Daum Commercial represented both parties in the transaction. The deal marks DSC’s 5th industrial transaction in the last 12 months. This includes their recent $16 mil purchase of 110 Erie St in Pomona, as reported a few days earlier on RENTV.
