Inland Empire Acapulco’s Restaurant Trades for $644/sf

A single-tenant former Acapulco restaurant property in Moreno Valley sold for $4.83 mil ($644/sf) in an all-cash transaction. The property, located at 12569 Centerpoint Dr, was vacant at the time of the sale.

The building is prominently situated just off the 60 Fwy at the busy intersection of Frederick St and Sunnymead Blvd, one of the busiest intersections in Moreno Valley.

Terry Bortnick with Argent Retail Advisors represented seller, Brixton Alto Shopping Center LLC, in the transaction. According to Bortnick, the property received multiple offers and was in high demand from national restaurant chains, as either a purchase or lease.
