Pacific Asiana LLC inked a lease for a 182.5k sf warehouse in Chino. Completed in 1988, the single-tenant building is located at 4980 Eucalyptus Ave, east of the 71 Fwy.
The facility features 26-foot clear height, sprinkler system, 28 dock-high doors, three drive-in doors and 120 parking spaces. The warehouse is in a prime West Inland Empire Chino/Chino Hills industrial submarket. Pacific Asiana LLC is a leading provider of one-stop 3PL services for cross-border e-commerce.
Vivian Wang with NAI Capital Commercial’s Industrial Services Group represented the tenant. The property owner, Eastgroup Properties L.P., was represented by Lee & Associates.
“The competition for functional warehouse space remains intense and availability continues to be low,” noted Wang. “This warehouse is in a strategic West Inland Empire location and provides Pacific Asiana with a centrally located warehouse for its business operations.”
