Newport Beach-based Jupiter Holdings has unveiled plans for the Scott Road Commerce Center, a five-building, 702k sf industrial center within the Inland Empire city of Menifee. The site is located at 33380 Zeiders Rd, adjacent to the I-215 Scott Rd Interchange and just six miles north of I-15.
Scott Road Commerce Center includes one existing, fully leased industrial building in addition to four to-be-constructed buildings. In total, the project is situated on a total of 40.54 acres and will offer buildings between 73k sf – 230k sf in size. The project will provide brand new industrial space and with highly sought-after features including minimum 30’ clear heights, contemporary office space, abundant parking and trailer storage.
Phase I of the project includes buildings 1 and 2, with an estimated groundbreaking for building two in August 2021 and completion of construction in mid-2022. Phase II includes buildings 3, 4 and 5 with a tentative groundbreaking in early-2022 and completion of construction by the end of 2022.
Tucker Hohenstein, Steve Bellitti and Joey Jones of Colliers, in partnership with Gordon Mize of Lee & Associates, will handle marketing efforts for Scott Road Commerce Center with lease or sale opportunities now available.
