Stream Realty Partners Completes 160k sf Inland Empire Industrial Development for Cabot Properties

Stream Realty Partners has completed development of Santa Ana Commerce Center, a 160k sf, speculative industrial development in Fontana, on behalf of the owner, Cabot Properties. The project, located on the corner of Santa Ana Ave and Banana Ave, was delivered preleased to HiPacking Corp.

Having achieved fully entitled status in the fourth quarter of 2019 and officially breaking ground in the first quarter of 2020, the project maintained its development schedule throughout the pandemic, reaching substantial completion in November. The state-of-the-art facility offers best-in-class features and provides ingress/egress optionality, efficiency, and great proximity to I-10. Even during the height of COVID-19, the project drew interest from numerous user groups, with no slowdown in activity seen within this highly coveted submarket.

Scott Sowanick, Steve Riordan and Cannon Green led the development work for Stream. CBREís Josh Hayes and Eloy Covarrubias, and Colliers Internationalís Tom Taylor and Steve Bellitti were the leasing agents on the assignment, for Cabot Properties.
