$2.3 Mil Buys Chino Hills Office Property

6/04/20

A 10.8k sf office building in Chino Hills was purchased by a private investor for $2.3 mil ($213/sf). Located at 14728 Pipeline Ave, the two-story office building was originally built in 2007. It includes 43 parking spaces.

The asset is part of the Courts at Chino Hills, a 10.4-acre mixed-use office, medical, and retail campus. The Courts at Chino Hills is comprised of nine two-story and five one-story office buildings and four one-story retail structures. The property is less than one half-mile from the SR 71 freeway that connects Chino Hills to Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties.

CBRE’s Sammy Cemo, Gary Stache, Doug Mack, Bryan Johnson and Phil Woodford represented the seller, a private investor.

“The buyer recognized the extremely rare opportunity to own and occupy an office building in Chino Hills, a market with a very limited supply of this type of product that rarely trades,” Cemo said.
