Ramon Plaza, a 70.1k sf retail property in Cathedral City, sold for $9.15 mil ($131/sf). This was the first time Ramon Plaza was on the market in over 27 years.
Ramon Plaza is located at 68100 Ramon Rd, just east of Palm Springs International Airport, between Hwy 111 and I-10. Comprised of three buildings, the center features a synergistic mix of medical, retail and office uses. The property is situated at the signalized intersection of Landau Blvd and Ramon Rd, with a daily traffic count of over 32,000 cars per day.
