RENTV's just-posted Downtown Los Angeles “On the Market” Executive Subscriber report is a great way to get a feel for what kind of investment opportunities are currently being offered for sale around LA's central city area. The report lists close to 30 sizable properties, broken out by office, industrial and retail, and listed in each category by price. They range in price from a high of about $190 mil down to near $2 mil.
Here's an example of one of the listings:
A 1.33-acre lot located at 1435 W. 3rd St is zoned for up to 144 residential units and features roughly 120 feet of frontage along 3rd St. Located with immediate access to the 10, 110, 101 and 5 freeways, it offers tremendous potential for a mixed-use project in the Center City West neighborhood. The property is listed by Mark Tarczynski and Adam Tischer of CB Richard Ellis at an asking price of $11 mil.
