There have been two leases to report at Governor Pointe, Breakthrough Properties’ two-building, 231k sf life science campus located at 6200 Greenwich Dr in San Diego. Protego Biopharma signed a new lease for 12.7k sf of space and AcelaBio signed for 7.9k sf.
Biopharma and AcelaBio are both occupying StudioLabs by Breakthrough space at Governor Pointe, which are fully furnished private lab and office suites that offer a curated plug-and-play solution, saving users valuable time and resources.
Located at the intersection of the I-805 and SR52 Freeways, Governor Pointe is the most accessible life science campus in San Diego’s core cluster. With a lush, park-like setting, the campus features a variety of indoor-outdoor workspaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center and sun-soaked café with a sustainable, locally-sourced menu.
JLL’s Chad Urie, Grant Schoneman and Michelle Westoby represented the landlord, Breakthrough Properties, in both leases. Protego Biopharma was repped Greg Bisconti and Justin Venckus of JLL and AcelaBio was represented by Tristen Schneider of Kidder Mathews. Governor Pointe can accommodate a wide range of users from 7.5k sf to 163k sf.
