The Southern California chapter of NAIOP has announced its 2026 Executive Committee led by President Stephane Wandel of The Orden Company. He is joined by President-Elect Brooke Birtcher Gustafson, Birtcher Development; Vice President, Brian Baker, JP Morgan Chase; Treasurer, Greg Brown, JLL; Secretary, David Nazaryk, Trammell Crow Company; Programs and Education Liaison, Fran Inman, Majestic Realty Co.; and Past President, Mark Mattis, Avison Young.
“I am thrilled to take on this leadership role. I have been part of this important organization for many years and witnessed its ability to successfully impact the future of our industry. That work includes NAIOP SoCal’s legislative focus at a time where government regulation of real estate, and real estate development in particular, has reached a crescendo. Accordingly, the past five years have seen a significant amount of proposed legislation impacting real estate, with over 500 new pieces of legislation introduced in Sacramento alone in 2025, requiring NAIOP SoCal’s intervention,” said Wandel.
“Beyond legislative advocacy, programs such as our Young Professionals Group, created to help develop, connect, and elevate the next generation of real estate leaders is of critical importance. Now more than ever it is vital to have a strong, committed association that is focused on the future of the Southern California commercial real estate industry,” he added.
Wandel and the executive committee are joined by the 2026 Board of Directors that include: TJ Bard, Surf Management; Alan Boudreau, Boudreau Pipeline; Andy Bratt, Gantry; Daniel Ceniceros, Connect Media Group; Erin Crum, Alere Property Group; Amanda Donson, Allen Matkins; Chris Drzyzga, Voit Real Estate Services; Ebony Gore, KPRS Construction; Jeff Hamilton, Goodman; Parker Hutchison, Prologis; Bassam Jurdi, Washington Capital; Arnold Lebrilla, Bank of America; Christine Malinowski, Burke Real Estate Group; Emily Mandrup, ECM Management; Scott Morehouse, Sheppard Mullin; Bob O’Neill, CapRock Partners; Lindsey Ensign Olson, Bixby Land Company; Michael Page, Irvine Company; Jodie Poirier, Colliers International; Rob Quarton, Walker & Dunlop; Alison Ramsey, JP Morgan Chase; Lisa Reddy, Prologis; Andrew Robben, Newmark; David Salisbury, U.S. Bank; Patrick Schlehuber; Mark Seager, Oaktree Capital; Carlos Serra, Rexford Industrial; Kurt Strasmann, CBRE; Richard Sung, Newmark; Jay Todisco, Ware Malcomb; Dan Walker, Commonwealth Land Title; David Wensley, Cox, Castle & Nicholson; and Courtney Wing, Newcastle Partners, along with YPG Liaison: Louis Defino, Nuveen Real Estate.
