Courtney Wing has been named a NAIOP Research Foundation Visionary. Wing is one of five rising commercial real estate professionals selected based on their career accomplishments, history of involvement with NAIOP, and a demonstrated interest in the Research Foundation’s mission.
The Visionaries program was developed by the NAIOP Research Foundation to provide a variety of meaningful mentoring, high-level networking and research-related experiences to rising industry leaders who are 40 years of age and under. Chosen participants learn from and network with senior professionals and Foundation Governors to gain valuable career development and industry insights. Visionaries also play an important role in the Foundation’s research development process by sharing their perspectives and expertise.
“It’s an honor to be recognized as a NAIOP Research Foundation Visionary. I look forward to collaborating with industry leaders and helping to drive meaningful research that will impact the future of commercial real estate.” shared Wing, who serves as a NAIOP SoCal 2025 board member and Legislative Affairs co-chair. In her role as Vice President of Development and Construction at Newcastle Partners, Wing manages the full lifecycle of the firm’s ground-up development projects, from initial planning and entitlements to construction and final delivery.
The 2025 cohort of Visionaries will be inducted at NAIOP’s National Forums Symposium, May 13-15, in New Orleans. The NAIOP Research Foundation was established in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) organization that accepts tax-deductible contributions. Its mission is to provide practical research and education that allows commercial real estate owners and developers to successfully capitalize on new trends and address challenges in the industry.
