BioLife Plasma Services has inked a lease for 18.6k sf of space in Victorville. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The property is located at 12480 Amargosa Rd, within Victorville Shopping Center; a power center totaling more than 300k sf and visible from Interstate 15. Other tenants at the center include Bed Bath & Beyond, Hobby Lobby, PetSmart, and Party City, among others.
BioLife Plasma Services is an industry leader in the collection of high-quality plasma that is processed into life-saving plasma-based therapies. Its new location recently opened its doors. They were represented by Craig Killman and Michael Kahl of JLL. Barbara Armendariz and Samantha Armendariz with Sharpline represented the landlord, 99 Cent Only Stores, who was also the former tenant.
