Andrew Jennison and Daniel Pickart have joined Newmark as Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Director, respectively. Based in the Century City office, the team will contribute to the growth of Newmark's Private Capital Market platform, focused on private investment advisory in the $10-$100 mil range, while also specializing in strategic agency leasing and tenant assignments.
Jennison has completed approximately $10 bil in transactional volume throughout his nearly 25-year career in both leasing and capital markets sales in Los Angeles and beyond. With over 12 years in the industry, Pickart has executed in excess of $2 bil in transaction volume, representing notable occupiers, developers and landlords, encompassing private capital to institutional capital.

Jennison joins Newmark from Industry Partners and previously served at Madison Partners and Colliers. Pickart also joined from Industry Partners and prior worked in ground-up commercial development.
