Building Block Foundation Fund’s White Party, a once-a-year event that raises funds for significant Orange County charities that support at risk youth, will be held August 23 at the Newport Dunes in Newport Beach.
In 2022 the Building Block Foundation Fund White Party raised $150k for its charity partners that include Project Access, Boys Hope Girls Hope, Everfree, Joyful Child Foundation, Kidworks, Orangewood Children’s Foundation, and Hope Builders thanks to the generosity of many local commercial real estate firms.
This year’s event, featuring title sponsor Caprock Partners, will include live music, savory food selections, cocktails, and lots of commercial real estate industry networking on the beach at Newport Dunes. Ticket sales are now open at oneoc.tofinoauctions.com/whiteparty/homepages/show

Building Block Foundation Fund is a non-profit organization that brings together the commercial real estate industry to support organizations focused on improving the lives of at-risk youth.
