Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Linda Lee, CCIM, has been elected 2023 President of CCIM’s Greater Los Angeles’ chapter. She is joined by the firm’s Vice President Francisco Williams, CCIM, who has been elected as the board’s 2023 secretary.
Lee and Williams, both based at the firm’s Pasadena office, were formally appointed at a luncheon on November 16th. Kidder Mathews Regional President of Brokerage for Greater LA, Jim Kruse, was the guest speaker at the event. In addition, the chapter announced that David Evans — a senior associate and multifamily investments specialist at Kidder Mathews’ El Segundo office — will receive a scholarship from the chapter. The Carmela Ma, CCIM Endowment Scholarship is given to one recipient each year to promote active CCIM candidates to complete their courses.
Lee is an office specialist with more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, having been involved in transactions totaling over $1 bil in value. She earned her CCIM designation in 2005.
Williams has been a CCIM designee since 2016, and he previously served as president of the GLA chapter. Over the past seven years, he has transitioned from being an investment analyst to a broker, specializing in retail. He has completed and advised on transactions totaling more than $100 million.
