May 13, 2019 RiverRock Real Estate Group Lands Management Contract for Retail Portion of Liberty Station in San Diego
Assignement includes over 328k sf of space
Pendulum Property Partners has awarded RiverRock Real Estate Group the management assignment for the retail assets at Liberty Station, a mixed-use community along the coast near downtown San Diego. At more than 1 msf of space, Liberty Station has evolved into a unique mix of neighborhood experiences while still retaining its sense of community, history and architecture.
The assignment encompasses more than 85 tenants in 328k sf of space. In addition, RiverRock is now also the new property manager for the NTC Foundation Holdings at ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station. ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station is a unique destination filled with museums, artists, studios, makers, and authentic dining experiences. There are a total of 17 activated buildings with 137 tenants within the ARTS DISTRICT, totaling approximately 215k sf.
From a retail perspective, Liberty Station now hosts a wide variety of national food chains and stores, such as anchor tenants Vons and Trader Joe’s, as well as specialized retail shops and eateries including the Liberty Public Market featuring more than 35 artisan vendors.
With the Liberty Station assignments, RiverRock now manages more than 1 msf of space in San Diego.
