JLL has acquired Corporate Concierge Services (CCS), a national provider of onsite tenant amenity and concierge solutions for retail, office, residential and hospitality properties. The acquisition, which is effective immediately, continues JLL’s commitment to bringing its clients across asset types the best possible tenant experiences as part of its recently launched JLL Curae Approach.
CCS adds more than 200 employees to JLL, the majority of whom will continue to be located in the buildings where they provide face-to-face service for their tenants.
Founded in 2001 by Tom Larance, CCS has grown into an industry-leading firm with employees embedded in 15 markets across the country. CCS provides amenities that go beyond what tenants expect. Services range from tenant conveniences in office properties such as TSA Pre-Check, dry cleaning and pickup/delivery to health and wellness-based events including flu shots and yoga classes, to concierge services in retail and multifamily buildings.
“Today, people judge their environments through an experiential lens,” said Larance. “Our concierges make every experience positive, whether it’s ensuring tenants have access to their wellness classes or simply providing umbrellas on a rainy day.”
