Rand Sperry has launched Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC, a full-service commercial real estate franchise providing investment sales, leasing, and management services. Sperry, who serves as CEO, will leverage his decades of leadership and expertise to bring to market this new firm, based on a broker-oriented platform.
Los Angeles-based BRC Advisors Inc is the first affiliate to join Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC. BRC is bringing its five Los Angeles area offices in Downtown LA, Beverly Hills, Manhattan Beach, Encino, and Mid-Wilshire to the new company.
BRC Advisors CEO and Founder James Huang will join the Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC team as President, adding 100 of the firm’s brokers to the platform. BRC Advisors, Inc. is a significant powerhouse in the Western U.S. having closed more than $750 million in transactions in 2015.
For more than 40 years, Sperry has been a highly-recognized and influential leader within the Southern California and national commercial real industry. Rand Sperry’s current portfolio of commercial real estate companies includes Sperry Commercial Inc and Sperry Equities LLC.
Looking ahead, Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC plans to aggressively launch throughout Orange County and Los Angeles with plans to add affiliates in the near term in New York, Philadelphia and Seattle. The firm’s affiliates operate 12 offices in the Western US.
