6/09/15

The mixed-use tower, being developed by Korean Airlines, is located at the corner of Wilshire Blvd and Figueroa St. It will contain a 900-room hotel, 400k sf of Class A office space and 45k sf of restaurant and retail space.

At 1,100 feet tall, including its spire, Wilshire Grand will be the tallest structure west of the Mississippi River. It is expected to cost over $1 bil to develop.
