A subsidiary of CJ Park & Associates acquired Harbor Central, a 22.2k sf neighborhood shopping center in West Sacramento, for $6.2 mil ($279/sf). The property was sold by a private investor.
Built in 1992, Harbor Central is located on 1.7 acres at 805 – 831 Harbor Blvd, near the California State Capitol. The asset offers direct access to Hwy 50 and I-80, connecting it to major residential and employment corridors throughout the Sacramento region. Tenants at the center include Vista Paint, Domino's, Subway and Raku Sushi.
The buyer is expected to implement targeted capital improvements and leasing initiatives to enhance tenancy and operational efficiency over time. Randy Getz and Rick Martinez of CBRE in Sacramento represented the seller, Harbor Corners LLC.
