Raceway Express Car Wash purchased the Foothill Express Car Wash property in Fontana. Raceway is a growing Arizona based operator with 45 express car washes across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
Originally built in 2018 by the seller, the property is located at 16345 Foothill Blvd, south of the 210 Fwy and east of I-15. The property features a 3.7k sf building with a 120-foot tunnel and 25 vacuum stations, strategically positioned on 0.91 acres with 277 feet of frontage along Foothill Blvd.
The transaction reflects the continued strength of the express car wash sector and the demand for high-quality, well-located assets. Beta Agency’s Alex Kogan represented the seller, and the buyer was represented by Adam Indihar with Pacific Investments Inc. The price was not given out.
