LA Fitness has inked a lease for a 34k sf space at Marina Pacifica Shopping Center, a 297k sf retail center owned by NewMark Merrill Companies in Long Beach. LA Fitness is set to open in the former Best Buy space.
Marina Pacifica Shopping Center is located along Pacific Coast Highway and overlooks Alamitos Bay. LA Fitness is expected to take occupancy of its new space sometime in early 2022.
NewMark Merrill Companies was represented in-house and by Beta Agency for this deal. LA Fitness was repped by RealSource Group. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
