Property Income Advisors Inc has awarded Kidder Mathews Asset Services the management assignment for two prominent metro Phoenix assets totaling more than 175k sf of space.
One of the properties, Cotton Center I, is a 115.2k sf, flex R&D building located at 4025 E. Cotton Center Boulevard in Phoenix. It sits within the prestigious Cotton Center development, one of the region’s most recognized business parks. The other property, Greystone Business Park, is a 60.8k sf, R&D complex located at 2552 W. Erie Drive and 2801 S. Fair Lane in Tempe.
These assignments mark a strategic opportunity to optimize operations and position both assets for long-term tenant success, especially as leasing activity continues to accelerate across the region. Kidder Mathews Peggy Maxwell will lead the management efforts. Kidder Mathews also oversees leasing for both properties, led by brokers Chris Jantz, Mike Kasulaitis, and Kurt Kerner.
