Kidder Mathews Asset Services has been selected to manage a seven-building office portfolio in Seattle, totaling approximately 1.09 msf of space. The properties range from 16 to 55 years old and include a mix of Class A and B buildings; they include:

• 5th & Jackson – 145k sf
• 200 W. Thomas Street – 65k sf
• 635 Elliott Avenue W. – 187.6k sf
• 645 Elliott Avenue W. – 149.7k sf
