Vanamor purchased LuxLiv, a 62-unit multifamily community in Riverside, for $19.75 mil ($318.5k/unit). The firm has since awarded San Diego-based Sunrise Management with the property’s management assignment – including marketing, leasing and day-to-day operations.
Originally constructed in 2013, the three-story LuxLiv community – located at 3905 Dawes St – features a multitude of modern amenities, including EV charging stations, a fitness center, a swimming pool, a clubhouse with a coffee bar, an outdoor kitchen with barbecues, a community garden and an enclosed dog run. All apartments are outfitted with a washer and dryer, gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, hardwood floors and oversized dual pane windows.
Well situated just off the 91 Fwy in a residential area close to shopping and dining, the development boasts ample floor plans ranging from 1.1k sf to 1.7k sf with two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments available. Rents range from $2,395 to $3,400 per month.
