The Seligman Group has awarded the management services for Silverado Ranch Plaza, a 393.4k sf power center in Las Vegas, to Vestar. Located at 9701 S Eastern Ave, Silverado Ranch Plaza occupies a prime location adjacent to Henderson in the rapidly growing area outside of the Las Vegas strip.
The center is nearing full occupancy with a tenant roster that includes national brands such as Target, Nike, Marshalls, ULTA Beauty, Michael’s, PetSmart, and Five Below. Vestar will work with Henderson, NV-based Dunbar Commercial Associates on leasing efforts for the retail center.
According to Patrick McGinley, President of Management Services at Vestar, Silverado represents the firm’s fourth project in the region. The center joins Vestar's extensive management portfolio, which encompasses nearly 30 msf of retail space across the western United States, including over 1.8 msf in the greater Las Vegas market.
