After finding success across the West Coast, In Self Storage's purchase marks its entrance into the Puget Sound real estate market. It offers both drive-up storage units and indoor vehicle storage. The site is located near SR 99 for convenient freeway access.
Jacob Becher, Nate Fliflet, Dana Chobor and Tom de Jong with Colliers represented the buyer in the deal.
