It is fully occupied by seven tenants. The property is ideally situated at the intersection of I-80 and Hwy 50 in West Sacramento, providing immediate access to the greater Sacramento area.
CBRE’s Matt Post, Anthony DeLorenzo and Sammy Cemo, along with Matt Susac, Todd Sanfilippo and Tyler Howell, represented the seller, Buzz Oates, in the transaction.
