Rosemeade at Olympus Pointe, a 465-unit apartment complex in the Sacramento-area city of Roseville, was acquired by The ConAm Group and SyRES Properties. The property was purchased from a group comprised of The ConAm Group and an institutional client advised by CenterSquare Investment Management, a BNY Mellon company, in what was a recapitalization deal for The ConAm Group.
Built in 1992, Rosemeade at Olympus Pointe is located at 1451 Rocky Ridge Dr. The garden-style complex offers a number of premium design features, including abundant architectural relief, a single-loaded apartment home design, extended eaves and vaulted ceilings. Amenities include oversized windows, garages and storage units.
Although the price was not given out, we’ve been told that it ranks as the most expensive single multifamily deal ever in Sacramento. According to CBRE, the prior record was held by the $76.5 mil sale of Slate Creek at Johnson Ranch, back in 2011.
Marc Ross and William Blucher of CBRE’s Sacramento office, along with Tyler Anderson, Sean Cunningham, Asher Gunter, and Matt Pesch of CBRE’s Phoenix office, represented the seller in the deal.
