PRO Unlimited signed off on a lease for 14.8k sf of office space at Iron Point Business Park, a 211.1k sf business campus in Folsom, 24 miles northeast of Sacramento. PRO Unlimited, a global servicer of procurement, management and compliance issues related to contingent (non-employee) workers, is using the space to relocate its Sacramento office.
The five-building Iron Point Business Park property is owned by Newport Beach-based KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT, which acquired the asset in 2011. Constructed between 1999 and 2001, and renovated in 2012 with upgraded lobbies and common areas and conference rooms, the complex consists of all multi-story office buildings and is conveniently located along Hwy 50, adjacent to the 1.5 msf Intel Corporation campus.
KBS and affiliated companies own four additional equity assets in the Sacramento area, including University Park, City Gate Plaza, Gateway Corporate Center I & II in Sacramento, and Roseville Commerce Center in Roseville, for a total of more than 767k sf.
