Crazy Climbers inked a long-term lease for 10.9k sf of space at Roseville Commerce Center, a 113.3k sf industrial/flex/office/retail campus in Roseville, 18 miles northeast of downtown Sacramento. The property was purchased in June 2011 by KBS Strategic Opportunity REIT, a public, non-traded real estate investment trust based in Newport Beach.
Crazy Climbers, a children’s party center, will establish its first location in Roseville Commerce Center’s 10564 Building. Brian Barnes of Cornish & Carey Commercial in Sacramento represented the tenant and KBS in the transaction.
Completed in 2008, Roseville Commerce Center is a five-building complex in Sacramento’s Roseville/Rocklin industrial submarket, proximate to Highway 65 and I-80. KBS and affiliated companies own six properties in the greater Sacramento area for a total of 822.3k sf.
