Vanir Group of Companies has purchased Lincoln Gateway, a 74.6k sf, mixed-use retail/office property located at 100-170 Gateway Dr in Lincoln, roughly 30 miles northeast of downtown Sacramento. The property was sold by Panattoni Development Company.
The newly constructed, eight-building center contains 32.8k sf of retail space and 41.8k sf of office space. Current retail tenants include Auto Zone, Massage Envy, and Little Caesars.
Robb Osborne, Gary Gallelli and Mickey Turpen of Voit brokered the transaction on behalf of Sacramento-based Vanir, a construction management and development company, and Panattoni.
