Tracy Scifo was hired by Jones Lang LaSalle as a General Manager in the firm’s Northern California Property Management group. In her new role, Scifo and her team will provide property management services, facilities and construction management and receivership services for the firm’s institutional and regional clients’ portfolios covering Stockton, Sacramento and the East Bay.
Scifo, an 18-year veteran of Northern California’s property management sector, joins Jones Lang LaSalle from Colliers International, where she managed more than 3 msf of industrial and select suburban office real estate. Scifo is experienced in property management, facilities and construction management, leasing, lease administration, receivership, project and development services, business planning, operations, capital projects and financial reporting.
Before joining Colliers in 2009, Scifo worked for Buzz Oates Development with responsibility for the overall management of a portfolio of more than 11 msf of institutional-grade industrial assets.
In the last 12 months, Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its presence four fold in Sacramento and the Central Valley as part of its overall Pacific Northwest growth plan, adding talented real estate capital markets professionals, industrial experts and tenant representation specialists to the team. The Stockton office was opened late last year.
