Roseville Office/Retail Portfolio Listed for Sale

A three-asset office and retail portfolio totaling 210k sf in Roseville has been put on the market, with Grubb & Ellis team of Steven Golubchik and Nicholas Bicardo handling the listing. The properties, Stoneview Plaza, Eureka Ridge Plaza and Fairway Commons II, will be sold out of receivership on behalf of JER Special Servicing.

Located at 3001 Lava Ridge Ct, Stoneview Plaza is a three-story, Class A office building containing 108.3k sf of space and situated on approximately 5.5 acres of land. The building is 83 percent leased to a variety of tenants, including mortgage, law and realty firms. Constructed in 2005, Stoneview Plaza is located in downtown Roseville and provides unobstructed views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The property is within close proximity to I-80 and Hwy 65.
