Basin Street Properties is marketing parcels for sale at its 38-acre commercial/industrial subdivision located in the city of Willows, situated about 85 miles northwest of Sacramento. The development, Willows Commercial Center, was approved last fall by the city. It is situated just north of the southernmost Willows I-5 interchange, which fronts on I-5 and old Route 99. The site is zoned for commercial and industrial development projects with lots available in a variety of sizes, ranging from one acre to 38 acres.
According to Rae Ann Titus of Titus Properties in Willows, “We are excited for Willows to have this opportunity to provide a high quality location for existing Willows businesses and to attract new business and industry to our town.” In addition to Titus, Todd Sanfilippo and Walter Smyther of CBRE in Sacramento are serving as the sales agents for the project.
“This location is ideal for both commercial and industrial businesses as it is highly visible from the freeway and easily accessible to the I-5 Interchange,” said Scott Stranzl, Vice President of Marketing for Basin Street. “Additionally, we are offering a number of incentives for potential buyers with flexibility on how we structure the purchase of the subdivision parcels.”
