BLT Enterprises has acquired a three-quarter-acre parcel of land from the City of Brisbane, California to facilitate the continued growth of its long-term partner, a Fortune 50 tenant, which is leasing the property, and to accommodate additional parking for its industrial fleet. With BLT completing $1.1 mil in improvements to the land, the tenant has expanded and signed a new five-year lease extension.
The newly acquired parcel, located at 151 West Hill Place in Brisbane, adds more than a half-acre to the original 2.09 acres of land the tenant is leasing from BLT in Brisbane, which consists of a 20.6k sf industrial building used for warehouse distribution and the build-out of a vehicle
maintenance facility as part of the lease extension. Upgrades BLT implemented include new asphalt paving, landscaping, a public walking path, and utility-pole relocation.
The facility is positioned between Hwy 101 and I-280, less than 10 miles from the port of San Francisco and less than 20 miles from the port of Oakland. This central location simplifies distribution and last-mile delivery to a large consumer population on the West Coast.
