A 21.5k sf, single-tenant Grocery Outlet-occupied retail building in Dublin, CA was purchased for $7.25 mil ($337/sf) by an unnamed buyer.

The property is located at 7991 Amador Valley Blvd, at the intersection of Amador Valley and San Ramon Rd, in a prime location adjacent to the Dublin Place Power Center. The area boasts exceptional demographics, with more than 196,000 residents within a five-mile radius and average household income exceeding $189k, making it one of the most desirable trade areas in the East Bay.

The property was sold by Red Mountain Group Inc, which was represented in the transaction by Jacob Abusharkh of The Kase Group.
