Bob Shepherd, Paul Griffiths, Joe Swanson and Daniel Gromik have joined Kidder Mathews in Silicon Valley, as part of the firm’s strategic expansion in Northern California: Here’s more info on each:
• Bob Shepherd - executive vice president, brings four decades of commercial real estate expertise, specializing in the leasing and sales of office and R&D properties for both tenants and landlords. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Shepherd spent 32 years at Colliers and six years at Avison Young. Over the course of his career, has leased and sold over 5 msf of commercial buildings and land.
• Paul Griffiths, senior vice president, spent 20 years at Newmark representing both tenants and property owners with a focus on R&D and industrial leasing and sales. He has successfully closed more than 600 commercial real estate transactions.
• Joe Swanson, senior vice president, has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation with a focus on R&D and industrial/warehouse leases and sales. Previously with Newmark, he has completed more than 1,000 transactions, totaling over $750 mil in consideration and more than five million square feet of space.
• Daniel Gromik, associate, focuses primarily on selling and leasing mixed-use and R&D properties in Santa Clara County. He joins a team with senior brokers Kyle Nelson, Dave Vanoncini, and Carlos Lorente.
