North Sacramento Warehouse Property Trades in $5.8 Mil Transaction

10/09/24

A 58.2k sf warehouse in north Sacramento was purchased by a private investor in a $5.82 mil ($100/sf) transaction. The property is located at 600 – 610 Sequoia Pacific Blvd, just east of I-5 and adjacent to the American River.

The building is fully leased to WCP Solutions, a wholesale distributing company. It is situated on approximately three acres and features a 22-foot clear height, eight dock-high doors and two grade-level doors. The facility also boasts 6;.9k sf of office space.

Built in 1985, the property has been under the same ownership, which has made improvements inside and outside the building. The warehouse is minutes east of Interstate 5 (I-5), providing easy access to distribution routes, including the I-5 and I-80 intersections.

Matt Post, Todd Sanfilippo, Anthony DeLorenzo, Sammy Cemo and Nick Williams with CBRE represented the seller, Henderson Enterprises LP, in the transaction.
