Lift Partners has awarded Kidder Mathews an additional 530.4k sf of property in Northern California to manage. The majority of the space is industrial. This brings Kidder Mathews’ total square footage under management with the company to 1.2 msf.
Kidder Mathews began managing for Lift in the Pacific Northwest in 2015. Since then, the firm’s assignments with Lift have focused on Northern California — starting with a 651k sf portfolio that came under management in 2023. The total portfolio now features 18 properties managed by Senior Vice President and Market Leader Lori Coleman, RPA® and General Manager Bridget Kitzerow, RPA®.
"This significant addition with Lift reflects our dedication to providing top-tier asset management services," said Erin French, CPM®, CCIM, Asset Services President. "We are proud to continue our successful collaboration and look forward to enhancing the value of Lift’s properties in Northern California."
This portfolio expansion is part of ongoing momentum at Kidder Mathews. In the last year, the division marked its highest revenue to date — adding largescale assignments such as 1 msf of office space at 555 Tower in downtown Bellevue, WA. These assignments add to the firm’s many noteworthy properties already under management, including Starbucks’ Seattle headquarters, which earned the 2024 Pacific Northwest Regional BOMA TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Award.
Founded in 2015, Lift Partners is a full service real estate investment company focused on the repositioning and redevelopment of industrial and office properties along the West Coast. Since its inception, Lift has acquired 6 msf of industrial and office assets totaling $1 bil.
