There have been three recent leases totaling 175k sf of R&D/manufacturing space to report at Bassett Technology Park in Santa Clara, California. A fund sponsored by Hines acquired the campus in the summer of 2020.
EOTech LLC, which designs, develops and manufactures best-in-class optics sights and scope, signed a new lease for 75.4k sf of space. Intevac, a leading supplier of thin-film processing systems, signed a long-term lease extension for its 75.4k sf HQ located in the campus. Additionally, Evoloh Inc, a cleantech company, signed a new lease for 25.6k sf for its new headquarters location.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Horton, Jon DeCoite and Kelly Yoder represented the landlord in the transactions.
Bassett Technology Park is a flexible, six-building single-story R&D/light manufacturing flex project located at 3508-3580 Bassett St in northern Santa Clara. The campus is conveniently situated between US 101 and Montague Expwy and close to San José Mineta International Airport, Levi’s Stadium (home to the San Francisco 49ers), and SR 237. The property is also convenient to key transportation services Ace Train and Caltrain. The project’s Santa Clara location also provides a more competitive cost of power.
